Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 5:46 PM EDT) -- The New York City Health Department and City Council on Friday officially released a package of proposed restaurant grade reforms for public comment, taking the city one step closer to implementing new rules that will reduce fines and make the system less burdensome on restaurant owners.
