AIG Insurers Want Discovery In QBE Coverage Fight

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 5:55 PM EDT) -- Two American International Group Inc. affiliates argued Thursday that it was too early for a New York state court to decide whether they must defend force-placed insurance giant QBE Holdings Inc. against dozens of homeowner lawsuits and four state government investigations over kickback claims, insisting that discovery was needed.
