Disgraced Ex-Rep. Gets Claims Pared In IGate Investor Suit

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 9:41 PM EDT) -- A Kentucky federal judge on Friday dismissed a portion of a putative class action against disgraced former U.S. Congressman William J. Jefferson of Louisiana, though the majority of the complaint accusing him of using iGate Inc. investor dollars to bribe African officials will move forward.
