3rd Circ. Upholds Ex-Cozen Atty's 6 Years For Tax Fraud

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Friday upheld the conviction of a former Cozen O'Connor real estate partner who allegedly ran a tax evasion scam and defrauded the firm out of at least $290,000 in client fees, saying the conviction was sufficiently supported by evidence.
