Schumer Seeks $267M In Federal Funding For NYC Ferries

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 5:51 PM EDT) -- Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y., urged federal agencies Friday to sink at least $267 million into storm-resilient ferries and infrastructure upgrades to New York City ferry landings, contending that the funding would allow for necessary safety and transit improvements in the wake of Superstorm Sandy.
