Jury To Decide Steel Co.'s $80M Boycott Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 21, 2014, 10:23 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday found that a jury must decide MM Steel LP's $80 million suit accusing a group of major manufacturers and suppliers of conspiring to run it out of business, ruling that the smaller company had sufficiently alleged a group boycott.
