Bayer Can't Get Tolling Ruling Nixed In $100M Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday refused to overturn an order extending the statute of limitations for plaintiffs to opt in to Equal Pay Act collective action claims in a $100 million sex discrimination suit against Bayer Corp.
