FCC Chairman To Unveil Broadband Spectrum Sharing Rules

Law360, Washington (March 24, 2014, 7:27 PM EDT) -- The head of the Federal Communications Commission on Monday said he is drafting proposed rules that would allow the federal government to share its underused wireless frequency spectrum to help service providers meet increasing demand for broadband spectrum, following up on recommendations made by the Obama administration two years ago.
