Tarantino Says Gawker Can't Claim Fair Use For Script Leak

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 5:49 PM EDT) -- Academy Award-winning director Quentin Tarantino shot back Monday against a claim by Gawker Media LLC’s that its alleged leak of a screenplay for a Western called "The Hateful Eight" was protected by the fair use doctrine, saying Gawker failed to meet the standards needed to prove fair use.
