Vitamin C Antitrust Settlement Row Belongs In NY, Judge Says

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 1:06 PM EDT) -- An Oregon federal judge said Monday that a quarrel over rights to a $10.5 million settlement reached in an ongoing class action alleging a price-fixing conspiracy among vitamin C shippers is better suited for the New York federal court currently overseeing that case.
