Amyris Dodges Suit Alleging Earnings Misstatements

Law360, Los Angeles (March 25, 2014, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday scrapped a putative securities class action accusing renewable energy company Amyris Inc. of knowingly making false and misleading statements over the production of a chemical used in transportation fuels, finding the allegations lacked particularity.
