Immunomedics, UC End Spat Over Antibody Product IP

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Immunomedics Inc. settled claims against the University of California and Temple University on Friday that it was a third party to a Temple scientist's previous employment agreement and that UC San Francisco refused to recognize Immunomedics' rights in a valuable product that was improperly transferred to UCSF.
