GAO Denies Protest Of $34M Medical Record System Contract

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 4:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied a protest brought by Medical Receivables Solutions Inc. over its failure to win a $33.5 million medical record system contract, saying the U.S. Army did not mislead the losing suitors, according to a decision made public Tuesday.
