Pa. High Court Justice Slams Inquirer Referral Fee Reports

Law360, Philadelphia (March 26, 2014, 3:01 PM EDT) -- Justice Seamus McCaffery of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday accused the Philadelphia Inquirer of deliberately skewing key facts about referral fees paid to his wife and chief legal aide, Lise Rapaport, in a series of allegedly defamatory stories published last year.
