HAP Investments Nabs Jersey City Site For $400M Project

Law360, New York (March 26, 2014, 1:40 PM EDT) -- New York real estate investor and developer HAP Investments LLC announced Wednesday that it is in contract to buy a site in Jersey City’s Journal Square that it plans to redevelop into an estimated $400 million mixed-use project.
