Brown McCarroll Creates Subprime Practice Group

Law360, New York (April 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Texas law firm Brown McCarroll LLP has launched a dedicated subprime litigation team, joining the ranks of firms that have put together teams of top attorneys to address the continuing turmoil in the credit market.

The firm announced Friday that it has established a group devoted to litigation issues in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse, using the talents of more than a dozen attorneys across offices and practice areas including bankruptcy and restructuring, financial services, real estate, structured finance, and white-collar crime.
