Law360, New York (March 27, 2014, 12:14 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge overseeing the massive multidistrict litigation alleging that electronics manufacturers colluded to fix prices on cathode ray tubes on Wednesday opted against unsealing a European Commission decision in a related probe, but urged the 28-nation bloc to quickly come forward with a public version.
