U.S. Energy Biogas Closes Bankruptcy Chapter

Law360, New York (April 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nearly a year after U.S. Energy Biogas Corp. emerged from bankruptcy protection, the judge who presided over the proceedings has issued a final decree closing the renewable energy company's Chapter 11 case for good.

Judge Robert Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York officially put to rest U.S. Energy Biogas' bankruptcy case, ruling on Friday that the reorganized debtor had tied up all loose ends.
