New Jersey Senate Passes Family Leave Act

Law360 (April 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New Jersey lawmakers have paved the way for the state to become the third U.S. state to require employers to provide workers with compensation when they take time off of work to tend to a new baby or sick relative.
