State Farm Aims At Whistleblowing Scruggs Clients

Law360, New York (April 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. filed several motions Tuesday in an effort to get a Hurricane Katrina whistleblower suit dismissed, alleging that two sisters who filed the suit and handed over documents to now-infamous plaintiffs attorney Richard “Dickie” Scruggs acted inappropriately.
