US Court Can't Touch Mt. Gox CEO, Atty Says

Law360, Chicago (April 7, 2014, 3:35 PM EDT) -- An attorney for Mt. Gox CEO Mark Karpeles told an Illinois federal judge on Monday that his court lacks jurisdiction over Karpeles in a proposed class action accusing the executive of fraud in connection with the Japanese bitcoin exchange’s collapse.
