DLA Piper Scores New Leader For New York IP Group

Law360, New York (April 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- DLA Piper has snagged a new leader for its New York-based intellectual property group, luring the former head of Clifford Chance LLP's intellectual property practice to the firm.

DLA Piper said on Friday that Drew Wintringham had joined the firm and would head up the New York IP group. Wintringham has focused his practice on intellectual property law and e-commerce. He brings to the firm experience in complex litigation involving patent, trademark, copyright, software, breach-of-contract and product liability claims.
