Cuomo Targets Firms, Lawyers In Pension Flap

Law360, New York (April 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The New York state attorney general has subpoenaed a number of lawyers and law firms in an investigation into whether the attorneys were bilking state health and pension funds by being improperly placed on payrolls at school districts around the state.
