Vitamin C Buyers Tell 2nd Circ. To Uphold $153M Award

Law360, New York (July 8, 2014, 3:59 PM EDT) -- Purchasers of vitamin C products on Monday urged the Second Circuit to reject a bid by two Chinese companies to reverse a $153 million award against them over price-fixing claims, arguing they lack any evidence to show they were compelled to fix prices by the Chinese government.
