Money Centers Creditor Says Mismangement Warrants Trustee

Law360, Wilmington (April 21, 2014, 8:29 PM EDT) -- The creditor whose contract dispute in part drove casino check-cashing firm Money Centers of America Inc. to Chapter 11 tried to convince a Delaware bankruptcy judge Monday to appoint a trustee, saying the company has been fraught with “dishonesty and gross mismanagement.”
