FLSA Class Action Against Wells Fargo Revived

Law360, New York (April 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Undaunted by a judge's February refusal to certify a nationwide class, plaintiffs alleging that Wells Fargo Financial Inc. did not pay some of its managers and loan processors for overtime and failed to record all the hours they worked have launched a slew of regional proposed class actions.

“If Wells Fargo thought that they could avoid liability by defeating national conditional certification, they were sorely mistaken,” said Bryan Schwartz, an attorney for the plaintiffs. “We plan to continue pursuing these legitimate claims across the country.”...
