Court Sides With Insurers In Hurricane Katrina Action

Law360 (April 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has dealt a blow to Louisiana residents in their fight against major U.S. insurers over claims in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, affirming the removal of their state class action to the less-friendly federal jurisdiction.
