DOJ Urges Court To Toss Vermont Emissions Ruling

Law360, New York (April 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Seeking to buttress the auto industry's case, the Bush administration is asking a federal appeals court to throw out a Vermont judge's landmark ruling that would enable states to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from cars and light vehicles.
