Law360, New York (February 16, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The embattled former chief executive of Computer Associates Inc. erased his hard drive in an attempt to thwart a government investigation of his suspected role in a $2.2 billion accounting scandal, according to explosive new charges brought to light in a letter filed with the court by federal prosecutors.
