Baker Hughes Hit With FLSA Suit For Overtime Pay

Law360, New York (April 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations Inc. faces a putative collective action launched Friday by one current and one former employee, both of whom allege the company fails to pay overtime to its information technology support staff.

The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, alleges Baker Hughes Business Support Services' failure to pay overtime to its IT technical analysts violates the Fair Labor Standards Act.
