Medtronic Targeted In New Lawsuit By Scientist

Law360 (February 17, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Yet another scientist has accused medical device maker Medtronic Inc. of abusing intellectual property rights, the latest in a series of lawsuits filed against the company after it agreed to pay $1.4 billion to a Los Angeles surgeon last year.
