Disbarred Texas Ethics Attorney Says Sanction Was Unjust

Law360, Dallas (May 16, 2014, 8:09 PM EDT) -- A Houston ethics attorney on Wednesday asked a trial court to grant a new trial after a judge ordered his disbarment following a fee dispute with a client, and says he has the backing of more than 1,000 Texas lawyers who agree the sanction was unjust.
