Silverstein Can't Get Cut Of Insurers' Deal, 2nd Circ. Told
By Linda Chiem ( May 28, 2014, 7:38 PM EDT) -- An insurer being pursued by World Trade Center developer Larry Silverstein for additional payments for losses from the Sept. 11 attacks told the Second Circuit on Tuesday that the $4.1 billion in insurance payments that Silverstein already received fully compensated him for his losses, and he isn't entitled to a cut of the insurer's subrogation payments....
