Texas Atty Gets 20 Years For Oil, Gas Investment Fraud

Law360, Houston (May 30, 2014, 5:53 PM EDT) -- A Texas attorney has been hammered with a 20-year prison sentence for stealing $1.3 million from investors in fraudulent oil and gas schemes and hiding his track record of violating securities laws, state regulators said Friday.
