Michaels Seeks Quick End To Data Breach Class Actions

Law360, New York (June 3, 2014, 7:34 PM EDT) -- Michaels Stores Inc. on Tuesday urged an Illinois federal judge to dismiss class action complaints brought by customers claiming they were impacted by the store's purported data breach, arguing that the plaintiffs failed to show they suffered fraudulent charges or other harm related to the attack.
