Senior Housing Developers Hit With Ill. Disability Bias Suit

Law360, New York (June 5, 2014, 7:26 PM EDT) -- The National Fair Housing Alliance and other civil rights groups recently launched suit in Illinois federal court alleging a real estate developer and its partners constructed several Illinois and Iowa affordable senior housing projects that discriminated against people with disabilities, the groups said Thursday.
