9th Circ. Reverses Class Cert. Ruling In Wal-Mart Suit

Law360 (April 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has reversed and remanded part of a lower court's decision that refused class certification in a lawsuit alleging that Wal-Mart Stores Inc. violated California’s labor laws by not allowing its assistant managers to earn overtime pay.
