ADA Regs Make UPS Pregnancy Bias Suit Moot, Justices Told

Law360, New York (June 6, 2014, 1:27 PM EDT) -- UPS Inc. on Wednesday called on the U.S. Supreme Court to turn away a petition from a former worker challenging the company's refusal to to put her on light duty while she was pregnant, arguing that newly implemented amendments to the Americans with Disabilities Act could render the case moot.
