Royal Caribbean Workers Look To Dock Suit In High Court

Law360, New York (June 6, 2014, 4:36 PM EDT) -- A group of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. workers is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn an Eleventh Circuit decision compelling arbitration under foreign law in a putative class action alleging forced labor and wage violations.

The petition, which was docketed on June 4 with the High Court, comes about four months after the Eleventh Circuit denied an en banc petition rehearing.
