Professor Wants High Court To Revive FCA Retaliation Claim

Law360, Los Angeles (June 6, 2014, 8:33 PM EDT) -- A former New York Institute of Technology professor, whose False Claims Act suit alleging illegal receipt of federal student-aid funds led to a $2.5 million settlement, has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to revive his retaliation claims, according to a filing made available Friday.
