DOD Frustrated By FCA's Impact On Suspension, Debarment

Law360, Washington (June 6, 2014, 6:54 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Air Force deputy general counsel voiced frustration on Friday at the negative impact the False Claims Act has had on Department of Defense suspension and debarment proceedings, saying the long delays and lack of communication between the agency and parties is "a damn mess."
