Cengage To Pay $68M Bankruptcy Fees To Kirkland, Others

Law360, Los Angeles (June 9, 2014, 10:36 PM EDT) -- Having emerged from bankruptcy, textbook publisher Cengage Learning Inc. will pay more than $67.5 million in fees and expenses to attorneys, financial advisers and other counselors, including about $17.1 million to Kirkland & Ellis LLP and $12.8 million to Arent Fox LLP, according to an order filed in New York bankruptcy court Monday.
