SIPC Pushes For Review Of Madoff Clawback Claims Ruling

Law360, New York (June 11, 2014, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Securities Investor Protection Corp. urged a New York federal court Wednesday to allow the trustee liquidating disgraced Ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff's investment group to appeal a recent decision that could threaten the trustee's clawback suits against investors affected by the scheme.
