Law360, New York (April 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the federal watchdog for advertising, is currently re-examining its “Green Guides” (i.e., the “safe harbor” guidelines for green marketing claims published in FTC regulations) to address the tremendous growth in consumer interest for carbon credits.
