Justices' Union Fee Ruling Sets Stage For Further Challenges

Law360, New York (June 30, 2014, 7:19 PM EDT) -- A divided U.S. Supreme Court on Monday struck down regulations requiring nonunion home health workers to pay union fees but stopped short of overturning precedent that allows public-sector unions to collect such fees, a decision that will likely spell new lawsuits over the issue, attorneys say.
