Texas High Court Won't Send Ford Crash Suit To Mexico

Law360, Dallas (July 3, 2014, 5:43 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Thursday blocked an attempt by Ford Motor Co. to move a wrongful death suit out of Texas state court and into Mexico, where the car crash at issue happened, ruling relatives of the deceased who live in Texas could anchor the case in state.
