Fla. Atty Takes Suspension Over Outbursts To Supreme Court

Law360, New York (July 3, 2014, 4:56 PM EDT) -- Attorney Jeffrey Alan Norkin has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to nix his two-year suspension for combative and unprofessional behavior, saying that his outbursts were harmless speech relating to ongoing litigation and that the punishment violates his First Amendment rights.
