Lucent Wins Partial Appeal Against Microsoft, Dell

Law360 (May 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appellate court has partially reversed a lower court ruling, reinstating a dispute over one patent between Alcatel-Lucent, Microsoft Corp. and Dell Inc. while also finding that Microsoft and Dell were rightly granted summary judgment of noninfringement of another Lucent patent.
