REITs Broaden Investor Base With Green Bonds

Law360, New York (July 25, 2014, 1:58 PM EDT) -- As investors become more concerned about climate change and other environmental issues, real estate investment trusts and other corporations are taking a lesson from the World Bank and issuing so-called green bonds focused on environmentally friendly projects to open up their investor base.
