Judge Rules To Withhold Some Northwest Fees

Law360 (March 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Attorneys and other professionals working hundreds of thousands of hours to lift Northwest Airline Corp. out of bankruptcy will have to hold off on collecting all of their fees, following a court ruling.

A New York judge decided Tuesday to withhold payment of a portion of approximately $15 million in fees racked up by attorneys, bankers and consultants working on the case from September 2005 to the end of December.
